At the forefront of this meaningful exchange were two key figures: Mohammad Kamran Akhtar, Additional Secretary (Arms Control & Disarmament/Policy Planning) representing Pakistan, and Sun Xiaobo, Director General from China's Department of Arms Control, Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In a joint statement from the Foreign Office spokesperson, it was highlighted that the event fostered a proactive atmosphere for progress.
